Project details

 Solara building is located in Sofia city on a boulevard  „Saint Kliment Ohridski”. In the main part of the boulevard the building develops on nine above-ground floors and a terraced one, and five above-ground floors rise to Kanarche Street. The total built-up area is 10,846 m2.
The living area is divided into three entrances. There are 64 two-room, 34 three-room and 7 four-room apartments.
 
On the ground floor there are 11 shops with a total area of 899m2. Each shop has its own entrance from the street.
 
The building has two underground levels with a total area of 3408 m2, in which a total of 106 parking spaces are located, 87 of which are in closed garages. Outside the underground parking lots, 13 open parking spaces are provided. The total number of parking spaces, provided for homes and shops, is 119.
